Mayberry Method Rik Roberts

“Rik Roberts presented the “Mayberry Method” to our group.  He was very well received by all level of employees.  Not one person, in the audience of 190, lost interest during the 90 minutes he “entertained” and educated our group.  We even had an added bonus of unexpected interaction of an official Kansas Highway Patrol Officer that assisted in his great message of how to react/respond when in an unusual or difficult situation.  Many employees have requested to have him back again!

ARROWHEAD FUNERAL DIRECTORS

Monday, October 23rd, 2017

I know what jokes you are thinking of right now! But no, they were not a “dead” audience and they were not “dying to leave the room”. They were in fact a great group of very family focussed funeral home directors and suppliers who wanted to take their service to another level.

Among the group were Gregg Bright (far left) and Tim Koch. The group was also complimented by a gentleman who recently remodeled his home to be a replica of The Andy Griffith Show set! You can check out the results – and even stay in this bed and Breakfast – at www.TaylorHomeInn.com. Tell him “Old Barn” sent you!

“Rik was fantastic. Everyone is still sending me positive comments and others want to know how to book him for their events. Thanks, Rik!”

FIFE TAKES MANHATTAN

Kansas, that is!

What an enjoyable morning it was in Manhattan, KS presenting The Mayberry Method to the Riley County Clerks office. These hard working folks are on the front lines of making sure things county-wide are running smoothly. Fife likes this kind of group!

Mayberry Method Speech

“May I use this means to express our sincere appreciation for a job well done at our annual Mid-Year Conference.  Your portrayal of Barney Fife was “right on” and was very funny with some real life lessons to be learned by those in attendance.  I’ve heard nothing but positive remarks regarding your presentation from our attendees.  Best regards.  Ron”

Rik Roberts Corporate Speaker

Rik made our annual conference! We tied in our TitlePAC fundraiser into his act and Rik was so accommodating! We also had problems with audio visual presentation but Rik didn’t miss a bit. Attendees commented that his comedy was hilarious but there was substance in his presentation on eliminating distractions in the work place.

Rik is a pro in every sense of the way and a great comedic talent. I recommend Rik whole-heartedly! Thanks so much, Rik!!

Hammond Henry Hospital – Geneseo, IL

Monday, September 5th, 2016

I had fun providing BOTH my “It’s Funny Now” and “Mayberry Method Program” to surgeons, nurses, staff and administrstion from the Hammond Henry Hospital.

Hammond Henry Hospital in Geneseo, IL is an award winning hospital serving northwestern Illinois. Services range from surgical to physical therapy, sleep disorders to long term care. It is truly a on of a kind, unique health care facility.

If you live in the area, seriously consider visiting the hospital to learn more about all of their services.

Macon County School System

Saturday, August 13th, 2016

I recently had the opportunity to speak to teachers and administrators in the Macon County School System. It was their county-wide professional development day right before school kicked off. If there is one profession that I truly admire – it’s teaching.

Thanks to Shawn Carter, Supervisor of Instruction for the Macon County School system for bringing me in.

During the Mayberry Method speech, I was able to weave in some personal stories about teachers who had profound effects – both good and bad – on my early years. Never underestimate the power of words, guidance and a well timed compliment. School is so much more than homework and tests. It is all about connections and commitment.

Best of luck to all the teachers everywhere who imprint upon our kids. You Rock!
